The Problem

Redefine Meals, a growing meal prep company in Long Island, was having an issue with their Google Business Profiles.

Instead of all of their 6 locations showing up on Google Search & Maps when a potential customer typed in “Redefine Meals” into Google, only their flagship store, Lake Grove showed up.

Additionally, they wanted to generate more calls, website clicks and direction requests on each of their profiles. 

The Solution

After completing a Profile Audit for each of their six locations, we went to work optimizing each profile based on the results of our analyses.

Here were the goals of the campaign: 

Primary Campaign Goal: All Redefine Meals location pins should show up on Google Search & Maps when a potential customer types in the “Redefine Meals” brand search on Google (within 12 months). 

Secondary Campaign Goal: Increase Website Clicks, Direction Requests and Profile Interactions for each profile by 300%, on average (within 12 months).

After 12 months since the start of the campaign, the "Redefine Meals" brand search successfully showed all locations on Google Search & Maps, and each Profile's authentic 5 star reviews increased by 60 reviews on average.

After 3 months since the start of their campaign, each Profile's website clicks, direction requests and profile interactions increased by 200% on average. After 12 months since the start of their campaign, each Profile's website clicks, direction requests and profile interactions increased by 600% on average.

After 12 months since the start of the campaign, Redefine Meals opened two new locations with the help of their successful Google Business Profile campaign and synergized Website SEO Campaign.
